1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
Orders made on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
2. Shipping Times & Rates
We currently ship within the United States.
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days.
Shipping rates are shown at checkout.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
4. Shipping Delays
Shipping times are estimates. Unexpected delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, or peak seasons.
Éclat by Toleen is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
5. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot be refunded or replaced free of charge.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Éclat by Toleen is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered but are not received.
If this occurs, please contact the carrier to open a claim.
7. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at support@eclatbytoleen.com.
